I cannot find a nylon slip collar for my dog in any of my local pet shops does any one know where I can get one over the internet please?

Have you tried e bay. Also be careful as a lot of breeds staffys/lurchers/etc and other short coat varietys can be allergic to nylon and make a mess of the skin round the neck.

Having had nylon leads slip through my hand when a dog has lunged forward when I have been handling other peoples dogs I know how painful the resultant burn can be. The edge really cuts your hand. I personally prefer webbing or something like that for both leads and collars, much less painful for both dogs and humans.

Thats why I use a rope lead. I want a nylon slip collar for occasional use. I forgot to say my dog doesn't pull on his lead
