my parson russell swallowed a cotton bud today (those plastic ones)

anyway i was just wondering if that would pass through ok without causing an obstruction ?

For some strange reason I have a collie that delights in eating cotton buds if she can lay her paws on them and so far she has had no problems at all .There again she does chomp them up quiet well. I have had many a tussle(sp) with her chomping as fast as she can while I try to get it back off her.;) Gillian

so i can expect a bud shaped poo any day now ? :) i tried to fish it out of her mouth but she kept chomping and swallowing, the sod !

Just have to hope she hasn't developed our Willow's fetish for them aswell :D Gillian

Both of my two are obsessed with them - preferably used :(  They like to chomp the ends off and tend to leave the middle bit - I try to manage the problem ofcourse - but they still succeed occasionally - never had any ill effects....

my  lab daisy loves eating wax earplugs, weird or what!!:)

Oh they eat foam ear plugs too ...... :)
