Guest you will need to contact the Owners about that, there could be any number of reasons why your kennel is not shown as yet, it could just be that it has been uploaded but not yet appeared, if your application was recent it may not yet have been accepted or your credit may not have cleared. If it is the free one you are talking about you have to be a member to add your name there and you should not advertise on the forum.
