Have you tried contacting breeders yourself and going on someones waiting list?  Or contact the Labrador Retriever Club.
A good breeder with ' happy healthy puppies'  from 'happy healthy parents, who are hip scored and eye tested, does not need to contact prospective purchasers themselves.
