i have a back garden but no back entrance, to get into our front door, there are 3 steep steps, will this damage a large breed pups, bones, should i carry the dog up the steps? what about when the dog reaches adult, i wont be able to carry him!

                                                any advice?

Hi  Guest :-) ...Not a big breed person so can't answer about bones.....You don't say how wide the steps are? Could you make a wooden ramp to cover part of the steps? I had steep wide steps out of the back door in my old house and my dog (then a puppy) could not reach to get out so I built a wooden ramp, then when she was bigger got stone blocks and put them down so there were twice as many steps but half as wide on one side of the steps :-)
