can a bitch have another litter, if she has previously had a c section in her last litter??

Yes, she can. However I would look at the reason as to WHY she needed the c-section in the first place. If it was because of a pup getting stuck, or something similar then I would (under vet's advise) go ahead. If it was for a potentially life threaten problem I would ask is it likely to happen again? Some breeds seem to need a c-section more than others.

Ask your vet for advise, and if possible, the breeder of your bitch. She could come from a line of poor breeders.

Inertia can be hereditary and so occur in consecutive whelpings, making C Sections essential.  In certain breeds within certain lines they are very often essential, but with the majority of breeds I could consider a C section a warning sign to think very carefully before attempting another mating.

Just a personal view but I wouldn't rebreed a bitch that needed a c-section and I dont think that I would use a bitch for breeding that had been born by c-section either.
