Take a look Here at the Italian Spinone Club of Great Britain website and look in the "About the Club" section.  In there you will find a link for the Committe Members and within that listing are the contact details for the lady who holds the puppy register who will be able to give you an indication of members who have or are expecting litters.  Both parents should have been hipscored and the breeder have abided by the Code of Ethics.  If you need further info, you could register on here (it's free!) and we will do our best to help.
