Grrrrrrrrrr!!!! I'm trying to do hubbies PAYE and NI end of year stuff - there's just him, no employees to worry about - I go through the whole process and just before the final step it asks you to submitt your ID and password (I'm assuming the same details you log on with - also referred to as ID and password) and each time it kicks me out saying I've input the wrong details AND I HAVEN'T!!!!!! I'm just about ready to throw ALL the teddies out of the pram!!!!!!!!

We just hand the lot over to our accountant and let him sort it out. It has actually paid to use an accountant as he knows what you can legally claim back on tax mine has saved us loads over the years.

Try them the other way around -I was doing the same last year and I was putting them in the wrong way around -once you've done it once its a doddle

Yehhhhhhhhhhaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!! Got it sorted!! Had to make a call to the helpdesk - but it turns out that although the system allowed me to log on using a password with 13 characters, when it came to the final submissions page, it could only recognise a password of 12 characters!!!!!!! HOW BLOOMIN' STUPID IS THAT??????????
I had two sets of passwords and ids sent to me (same day, different ids/passwords) and couldn't log in with either, so have given up for time being. Obviously they haven't got it right yet.
