My 16 month old dobe bitch is getting more and more immpossible for me to socialise.
She is such a quite dog in the house,  until anyone approaches.The same goes for out walking.People,dogs,birds,buses,lorries and cars all seem to trigger off her aggression.
I am really at my wits end.
Ihave to walk her at 6 in the morning and at 12 at night to avoid everything now.
I have put on a muzzle to give other people reassurance but i would like to enjoy our walks.NOt constinantly having to look over my shoulder to try and avoid every one and every thing.

Does any one know of any one to one training in lanarkshire Scotland or know of any help locally that i could try.
She is obeidient in the house just turns into another dog outside.

or alternatively ask your vet for a referral to a reputable pet behaviourist, this should be covered by your insurance, who is a member of the APBC http://www.apbc.org.uk

Have you spoken to your breeder? She may be able to do some work with you. Alternatively, you could PM Kerioak on the board and ask whether she is aware of any dobe people in your area who could help/recommend a good local behaviourist.  Dobes are such sensitive dogs (as I'm sure you've noticed!) that they need very thoughtful handling. There are so many dodgy trainers and behaviourists around I would only go on personal recommendation.
