One of my "puppies" has recently been diagnosed with Pancratric Insufficiency and the specially made complete food for this is not helping him.
His owners have contacted me to ask if I can help out with a raw diet for this condition but I don't know enough about it - does anyone else please?
Hi Christine
I had found some of the links and the yahoo group for this and passed them on - I will also pass on the link you have found - thank you.
Thor also had allergy testing done as he as been "not right" for about 10 weeks, since the birth of their child and at first they put it down to that but when he did not get better they had x-rays and tests done and he is allergic to wheat, rice etc and because of the EPI has to have a low fat diet as well as all the replacments - not easy!

raw pigs pancreas can usually be bought direct from slaughterhouses , frozen and fed with every meal. Works well as long as there is no allergy to pork. Shouldn't need any special diet if fed with pancreas.
Ox Pancreas works just as well as pigs but you won't be able to buy it from abattoirs because only licensed people are allowed in now. If you mail me privately I may be able to help you.
