Got this from the KC website on the breed standard for English Bull Terriers.
"For White, pure white coat. Skin pigmentation and markings on head not to be penalised. For Coloured, colour predominates; all other things being equal, brindle preferred. Black, brindle, red, fawn and tricolour acceptable. Tick markings in white coat undesirable. Blue and liver highly undesirable."
So unfortunately you're unlikely to find a blue EBT as reputable breeders won't breed for it. :( Sorry!

Unfortunately the fact that the colour is not likely to be bred by the best breeders, at least not by intention does not stop people putting the colour they want above the things that most of us feel is far more important, like health, conformation and above all temperament. Notice the poster asks for full ped. not sure what they mean by that, but I guess they want a pure bred not a cross but as you say the colour is not recognised by the KC so unless one arrives unexpectedly they are not going to find a quality animal.
