we brought a GR pup from a breeder in south east england, we paid 700 for him, as the breeder said that the pup wont moult , and only requires monthly brushing.
Well this pup moults loads!
Ive tried ringing and emailing breeder, but no luck! wont answer me.
Do i have any rights?
Thanks alot

How can someone who was only born yesterday afford £700 for a puppy. ;)

Accepting that this is a genuine post, pity you did not post on the forum before you bought a puppy, we could have pointed you in the direction of an honest breeder who would be available to help you as long as you had one of their puppies. All GR's moult to some extent, most a good deal, you paid over the odds and the breeder is not supporting you. Do you have any rights in this matter, no I would not think so, it was up to you to do the research into the dogs before buying, the only comeback you would have would be if the breeder had given you a guarantee in writing to say the dog would not moult.

You could try contacting Trading Standards in the area the breeder came from............

Digger do you really think the TS would take any notice of someone complaining that their GR moulted. :)

Could certainly try, after all didnt someone win damages when they put their landcruiser on auto pilot when making a cup of tea! so damages for a dog that moults should be be a doddle!
