Hi can any one help, I'm 8 weeks pregnant (3rd baby) and the sickness is over powering me.
I have tryed ginger and sea sickness band , but nothing is working please if any one can help.
Try keeping a bottle of flat Diet Coke next to your bed, and drink some before you put your feet on the floor in the morning!!!!!!!! Sounds daft, but works well.......
Hope that helps......... :D

Travel sickness tablets....
i got mine from te doctor and it worked
will try that and I'll let you know how I get on
I drank ginger beer buy the gallon, and ate ginger nuts by the box load when I was expecting my 3rd child. I still love the stuff :D It helped, too, but my workmates thought I was weird. Nothing new there then ;)

I can really understand what you are going through ! I had it throughout all of my first pregnancy and then for 16 weeks with the most recent and it was horrible !
The only thing I could stomach at all was super noodles this time :) I don't think there is really anything that really works apart form eat little and often to keep your blood sugar level up. :)
If it is that bad go and see your Doc and he can prescribe you some anti sickness medication !
Hope you feel better soon

The following homeopathic remedies may help:
Ipecac if you have constant nausea with belching and retching. Vomiting is difficult and provides no relief from the nausea. Pulsatilla if you have nausea with little vomiting which is worse after eating and drinking; better in the fresh air and for company;
Sepia if you have intermittent nausea which is worse in the mornings and for the smell/thought of food;
I used to chew mint leaves or chewing gum.
