Inundating them with complaints is not necessary and may just occupy their time when they could be just getting on with removing it, it is against their rules so if you have drawn it to their attention that should be enough :)

I didn't make my post clear enough either :) I am saying there is not need to complain to ebay you only need to draw their attention to it and they will remove it.  As to complaining to the sellers - a waste of time I would guess :)
