My dog gets terrible cramps in his hind legs.  He is a Bassett Hound and a year old.  When your dog pines what can you do to make him a happier dog again?

Hi Buddy, think we need more detail, particularly about the pining and what makes you think the dog has cramps and have you seen the vet? Is the dog left alone and if so how long for? Is he kept in a cages and if so for how long? How old is he? How much exercise? what is he fed? Sorry for all the ???? but if we are to help we need to know.
