8 month old what???  You really need to think long and hard about having two puppies together - your 8 month old might seem all grown up now - but he's hardly hit addolescence, and that's when you're going to need all the patience you can muster - not easy with a small pup around as well.  You may well be hard pushed to find a responsible breeder who will rehome a pup to you under those circumstances too....
