We have a Bichon Frise puppy who is just over 11 weeks old. When will be his first hair trim, nails etc. He gets groomed everyday.

Has he had all of his vaccinations yet?  If so and he's OK to go out you can start to take him to the parlour as soon as you like if you don't intend to trim yourself.  He probably won't need a proper clip until he's about 6 months old but he will need his pads, eyes, ears and bum tidying regularly.  You could do this yourself but if you intend to take him to a parlour it's not a bad idea to take him regularly from now so that he's used to it.
