Does anyone in the U.K. breed these puppies?? If so can you please advise me who and where.

To my knowledge no one in the UK breeds these dogs.
May I suggest that you check with the Kennel Club for confirmation :-)

There is no such thing as a t-cup poodle. All they are are very small (usually malformed and weak) toy poodles.

I've never heard of them either- doesn't sound healthy though- sorry if I've offended;)
