Hello everyone,
Ive been lurking on this site for a few days and finally got signed in, my name is jo and in 4 weeks time im going to be mum to a king charles caviler, a boy who i am going to call georgie, i cant wait and im really excited, i put a reserve on him about 1 week ago and since then i all my dreams are about him, iwake up thinking about him and go to bed thinking of him, these next four weeks are going to be sooo difficult, but they always say the best things in life are worth waiting for! so i hope everyone who is a champdog member will help me with all the questions i have, and any advice and good tips will surley be welcome, if any one has a got a king charles, and got any storys to tell of them i'd love to read them, so i can get more excited, my friend has got a king charles, and all my family have different dogs ranging from german shepards to labs and dobermans, and although thery all are brillant, the king charles is the cheekist and loving in my eyes, speak soon Jo.
Welcome Jo,
I used to have a tri-colour king charles spaniel, when I was a little girl.
Now I have 2 staffies, Molly and Ruby and a rescue Lurcher, Tizer. I'm also Aunty to Chloe, the gorgeous dobie pup!

Hi Jo
Welcome, you will find this site very very useful and of course make some new friends, your new pup sounds like it will be lovely enjoy it :-D
Welcome Jo, I am also Jo
We had a Blenheim Cavalier who died a few years ago, he was my nans dog and when i was little i used to share his dog basket with him! He idolised and protected me when i was small. When my nana died we took him, he was so funny and devious, he could always find food hidden anywhere and he and our other dog would steal and eat it.
He was also really protective of women if they were in the house on their own and wouldnt let anyone else in the house, he loved walks, right up until the day he died.
