well - pedigree is the dogs breed, if it is a fully bred labrador, border collie etc - its parents and all decendants were that breed.

KC is the Kennel Club registration, you should only buy a pedigree dog from a breeder if it is Kennel Club Registered, which i believe can only be done by the breeder and only if the dogs predecessors are Kennel Club Registered, for more info look on http://www.the-kennel-club.co.uk but im sure someone will be able to explain it better

A dogs pedigree is basically a piece of paper showing it's family tree - usually 5 generations.  It will show kc registration numbers of the dogs sire and dam and it will also show if any of the relatives are show champions, field champions, etc.

The KC registration is just as it says - a document which shows that your dog has been registered with the Kennel Club.
