However I am finding it a little difficult to come across any within my location which is Widnes, Cheshire.

Assuming that your bitch has had the necessary health tests you will need to let us know what lines you are looking at the complement your bitch, to be honest with you where the stud lives should be the last thing you should be worrying about. Have you spoken to your bitches breeder or looked at her paperwork to make sure there is not an endorsement to stop you breeding her and registering her pups.
