I am at work and will for another 5 hours or so.  I have a splitting headache.  You know that kind that whenever you turn your gaze from side to side, your head feels like it is going to explode?  That's what I have.  After work, I have a class for 2 hours.  We are reviewing for a final, so I can't really miss that.  I don't have any pain killers with me.  Does anyone have any ideas as to how I can releave some of the tension?

Apparently there is a pressure point between your thumb and first finger, which if massaged can alleviate headaches.
Otherwise try and get some fresh air, drink lots of water and try to avoid coffee and anything else high in caffeine.

I'll give the thumb thing a try.  I was planning on going for a bit of a stroll here in a little bit, (12-1 is my "busy" time).  As for the water, I won't be able to sit in class very long without making a bathroom run with the amount of liquid I've been drinking :-)
