Hudson doesn't find them disgusting :D :D

I remember eating them when I was about 4 years old, way back in the late 50's ..

Willis likes fresh pigs ears... but he buries them behind the sofa cushion until they go all stiff *hurl*

Not nice when you stand up and one is stuck to your bum, not nice at all.

I used to work for a specialist canning factory who made very up market soups.  One day I was the only spare bod about, so I got the wonderful job of going to the butchers (about 60 miles away) and bringing home a trailer load of pigs trotters - every bump I went over I'd look behind me to make sure I wasn't leaving a trail.............

Can just imagine it ....trailer going along leaving a trail of trotters and all the neighbourhood dogs chasing along behind...wouldn't that have been a site!!...my boys would have been leading the charge!

Just been to get pig trotters from my butchers,
Toby has been so good today ( off the lead first time and was fab) that i thought he should have a big treat today,
remembered seeing this post, Toby has never had pig trotters before, he licked it and moved it about and finally he has tucked into it and looks like he is enjoying it  also looks like it might last more than 2 mins

Depends on the size of the trotter as to how long it lasts here....anything from 5 minutes up to about 20 minutes :D :D

It was a big one, He has nearly finished it, lasted longer than anything else does, so he can have them again :)
