No reputable breeder will sell you 2 puppies together.It really is not a good idea to have 2 puppies...they DO NOT just keep each other company...they cause HAVOC!!
Most people would advise you to buy one,raise it and train it until it is a well adjusted and well behaved adult then buy another.I would be very suspicious of any breeder who is willing to sell you 2.
