Hello, i'm quite new to all this. I've looked at the site and enjoyed reading most of the posts. I am a devoted bullmastiff owner and it is so nice to read how many other owners love their dogs as much as i do. Most of my friends dont own dogs and they tend to say i fuss over my dog too much and treat her like one of my kids......but to me she is.
I rescued a 2 yr old bullmastiff 6 years ago, she had already gone through all the puppy years and had also been spayed. She died of cancer last year aged 8. My heart broke into pieces. After many tears and an empty home we decided to buy a new puppy. So maisie came to us last july and boy has she been hard work... but i love her soooo much.
Shes 10mnths old now an angel in the house but a devil on the lead!
She came into her first season yesterday and look forward to advice on spaying and at what age.
Would also like to hear from other owners of this lovely breed.

               I am owned by 2 Bullmastiffs ( NooNoo & Buffy) We recently had puppies too :D I also have 5 children (all boys!!) and of course I musn't forget my Hubby :)

Thankyou for your welcome.... i also have 4 children 2 girls 2 boys and our house is mad at times, i'm suprised my bullmastiff is so calm, well she is in the house but once on the lead becomes a bit of a nightmare.

Hi  no bullmastiffs here, just 4 kids, 3 girls Satan Filly aged 12, Stinkfoot the Staffy Fiend aged 9 1/2 Minibeast is 6  and Gothboy is the eldest at 15 1/2. Also husband a born again dog owner and Manic Morse the Pointer/Greyhound responsible.  Hope you enjoy it here. :)
