Where can I get a fine half-check chain from ?. Preferably brass. I don't want a one that has any webbing, but that is all I can find in my searches - including previous posts on this topic. Any help much appreciated.

I've had leather ones with brass chains before but it wasn't a fine one as it was for my gwp.  I got mine from Luxway which are usually at most of the champ shows.  They do have a website though.

You can get them at most large open and all Championship shows but I don't know of a web site, bet thee is though.

Get ours from a USA company - www.cherrybrook.com, they are nicer than any I have found in the UK.

I have all my Sharpei on the round leather 1/2 check with brass fittings, cost with postage around £6.00 a peice for a 14" and 16".. Lovely quality and they repair their own collars and leads for free if they ever should need it.
