can anyone please help with our 12month old cocker spaniel who is going through a second stage of mouthing, only when she is very excited, we have tried everything we did with the first stage of mouthing but nothing seems to be working. she is a very friendly dog to every one she meets including other dogs
she is not at all nasty and we love her to bits.we would be grateful for any help.
   

Have you checked her teeth to make sure she hasn't got a retained puppy tooth that's irritating her? Otherwise, all I can suggest is that you withhold all contact from her as soon as she starts - put her in another room or yourself!
