I am having trouble with my outlook express
It doesnt appear to be loading properly and i cant send or recieve emails
as it doesnt really finish opening as such.
It freezes on me and is not responding then asks if I want to send a report to
microsoft.
Does anyone have any idea on what i can do?
Dont email me as I cant read them :-)

TO do system restore click   start, programmes, accessories, system tools, system restore & then you restore the system to before the fault occured this is only if you have a system restore option

My outlook express is always temperamental - have you tried restarting it in the first place?  Often these errors (where they ask you if you want to send an email to Microsoft), often occur when the system is running low on virtual memory - do you have lots of other programmes running?
Try restarting the computer in the first place, it may just work afterwards.

Yes that could help also if you have a lot of icons on your destop that takes up more memory. I create a folder for example one called internet and media and put all the shortcuts that fall into this topic in to that folder, another one for called microsoft office and all these shortcuts for microsoft word excel etc.. into it and so on. All this helps to stretch the memory further.
