Hi is there any one out there that can help me, I have had a twitch in my right eye on and off for about a week. It is starting do really bug me, no clue of why this is happening any one know why this might be happening and how to stop it.

It could well be stress and because you are worried about the twitch it will keep going, speak to your doctor as you may need some medication.

Do you think that it might be due to me and hubbie trying for baby no3?

If you are worring about it then it may be. Worring does not help with the baby making either, have a word with your practice nurse who should let you talk it through.

I sometimes get a twitch in my eyelid if I'm very tired or stressed out.

Yes, it could be stress if you're feeling uptight about trying for a baby. As Jackie said worrying wont help that either. With our first we tried 6 months (not long I know but it was at the time) then I broke down crying in front of my mum, we had a good long chat about it and I felt loads better for talking. I then got pregnant within a few weeks. :)

I had this for about six months a few years ago, in the end I visited the doctor as it was getting really bad and he mentioned sending me to a hospital miles away that treated these sorts of twitches with botox injections (before they became popular for cosmetic purposes).  Strangely enough just the thought of a needle close to my eye cured it within a couple of days :)
