A friend of mine likes the sound of the name Nuki for her next planned puppy. However, I have tried to search various 'Pet Names and Meanings' Sites to no avail, does not seem to be a recognised name.

Anyone here happen to know the meaning of NUKI?

iki nuki -- take a break -- could be useful house training a puppy ;)

Also used in martial arts because nuki means "Neck" or "pull out".. So it's a noun and a verb, just not a name. Doesn't matter though what it means. If your friend likes it, name the dog that :D The dog will never know :P
