Hi, who knows or goes brentwood dog show?I go and its a great family day out and its fun for the dogs because theres lots of things to do.eg. Showing,Whippet and greyhound racing,Obedience and loads more.It's on the 8th and 9th this year.Every year its on at weekend. I like it because it's not far from us because my collie gets car sick.

Blow, bother and bu**er!!!   It's the same weekend as Birmingham Champ Show :( !!

I know we're not there until the Sunday (Pastoral day) - but I'm not sure whether I'm up to getting the Aussies ready for Sunday AND going to Brentwood on the Saturday - it is a really good show though - not just for pedigree dogs but for all dogs - and dog lovers - AND you can take all your dogs with you :D :D :D

Think we'll have to see what we can do on the Saturday.....

I'm very disappointed as I really enjoyed it last year - but we are going on holiday on the 8th so can't go :( And would miss meeting up with you, Margot :D

I got dragged along to All about Dogs last year, on the Saturday, to help steward the Obedience (didn't want to go but was helping a friend) Thought it was great, so will definitely go again this year and use it as socialisation for the pup. Well worth the effort.

IS EVERYONE GOING THIS YEAR!BECAUSE I RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE. I THINK EVERYONE SHOULD GO EVERY YEAR.

MIght go again this year, don't know, for companions we normally decide on the morning!!!!

Maybe we shouldn't go if Magrot might be going, may be overpowering to have TOO many Ausies their!!

Plus on the sunday there is a show 2 mins down the road!

Still not sure whether we'll be there - the only show I have entered so far this spring is Birmingham (on the Sunday) - and I've been advised (actually TOLD quite firmly by Doctor) to cut down on what I'm doing!!!

We might just go & take labbies.....

I am more then happy to go along to any companion show and let grandad have his turn in handling the dogs!!!!  I can work on the lovely red lobster look I get every year!!!! ;)

Van, clean & polished & full of diesel Dogs - clean & polished; food (for peeps & dogs); equipment - crates/benching chains/show leads for dogs/ chairs etc for peeps and so on & so on & so on......

Got dad and grandad trained to perfection!!! ;) well mum and nan have!!!!  LOL  I don't think we are doing National, at all, must be bad judges for us!!!!

Does anyone know if they are still haveing the caravan park this year as it was on the fields opposite last year but I think someone said that the show was bigger this year and was going to take that field as well
