I've just received my dogs pedigree from the kennel club unfortunately it's creased, I don't know why they can't send them in a tube, has anyone else had this problem and does anyone know how to get the creases out as I was going to frame it.I'm flattening it with books at the mo.

You could try ironing the back of it. I've done that successfully with certificates and things.

Give the KC a ring, tell them and ask nicely for a new copy.

I used to be as virulent as you can get about the KC customer service but they have improved immensely.

I can't say anything good enough about them since they sorted out multiple problems that I dealt with on behalf of a family where the affix & dog registree died suddenly leaving 2 bitches in whelp, her own bitch to her own stud and another bitch owned by someone else to another of her stud dogs with no papers signed in either case.

Don't know if I'm allowed to mention names but R***** at the KC went to enormous trouble to get things sorted in jig time.

Hi Anne-Marie, we've had a touch of dire at the rears over the last few days, but otherwise all is A1 thanks. I got the vet to do cultures on the diarrhoea because of the pups' history but they are so vigorous & thriving I wouldn't have bothered otherwise.

Yet again, sincere thanks for your help. Most of these pups wouldn't be here without you imo and that of my vet.

BTW could you let me have your address please? The owners of the pups would very much like to send you a wee tangible token of their gratitude.
