What a load of bull!!!!!!! Never heard that one before - it could be that her pigment isn't very good, it could be that she has been digging and pushing the ground with her nose and rubbed the pigment off, it could be hormonal. Sometimes their noses do this because of the additives in the water they drink. Some say it is because they lack iron and they give the boiled nettles, cabbage and buy herbals things from Dorwest to bring the pigment back.
Unfortunately you take your pick. I know someone that was taking her girl to a chanp.show and the week before the moleshills came up in her lawn by the end of the week the dog had a beautiful pink nose where she had been moling.
A friend used to live in Worcester and all her boys had brown/pink noses, she moved to Andover and they are now all black the only difference we could come up with was the drinking water.
