Hi guest, you're best bet would be to contact The Kennel Club on 0870 6066750 who would be able to send you a list of breeders who currently have Labrador Retriever KC registered puppies available for sale.  Alternatively you could always try calling a local Labrador Breed Club Secretary, again, you would be able to get a telephone number from The Kennel Club.
