Hi, we are in the initial stages of looking in to adding a English Bulldog to our family. We already have a 5yr old male shih-tzu and was wondering if anyone had any experience of how the two breeds might get on. Our shih-tzu is very friendly and extremely placid, sort of like "anything goes". He loves to play and is soooo loveable so in that sense I think he would be ok with a puppy. But any info people might have would be great.....I am most prepared for the Bull-Shit jokes too ;o)

All the Bulldogs I have met have been happy playfull types, so can't see a problem at all, unless of course someone knows better ;) because I have not owned either and certainly not together.
