Hi

My partner and I are very interested in becoming Chihuahua parents and I would like to  try and arrange this for his 30th birthday in July.

You don't say if you want a long or smooth coat. Contact one of secretaries of the breed clubs listed here or here for details of breeders. You may have quite a long wait as there don't seem to be many from reputable breeders around at the moment - so start looking now!
