my sister has recently purchased a pup but is having trouble getting the papers.the breeders met them to deliver the pup as they had to travel a long way. the breeders will not return her phone calls,she beleives the the kennels were called r c d l or r d c l at durham can you help us trace this company

It's never a good idea not to see the pup that you are going to buy in the conditions that it was bred AND with its Mother!!
What you are describing is the way many puppy farms work.

Why don't you register then you can give us some more details - there are quite a few NE people here who may be able to help - although it does sound like a puppy farm, so I wouldn't hold out much hope. Does your sister have anything in writing?
