Just to let you all know your advice is put into practice and it works ( not surprised, just delighted) Morse and I do 1 sendaway at the end of a session these days, keeping the run out very short and using lots of markers, just having fun and keeping it all loose so no setting up and finishing on top of evrything else- we do the present, finish and sit on left side seperately. Hes getting the idea of running out to the marker and waiting then charging back for his treat. With his search we stick to 2 items per search, call him and chuck them down, quick twist about turn and go find. I can stop him dropping stuff by keeping the treat out of sight till he presents it to me and I say Hold, 1, 2, thank you and flick the hot dog out. Its a lot of fun.We now have a 5 minute down stay without the lead in classes with all the other dogs down too. I notice were now practising with the big boys and girls who actually compete now. Thanks to all who share their training tips with us, we do appreciate it. :D

It sounds as if you and Morse are really enjoying yourselves :)
