I don't quite get the 5 minute rule, should my 12 week old lab only have 15 minutes of a walk per day or could i have say 15 minutes at 8am then 15 minutes at noon and the same again on a evening.

15 minutes per walk, with plenty of time to rest and play in between. Walks at this age are for training and socialisation, not exercise.

We have the 3second rule in our house,if I leave my seat for 3seconds Spice now jumps up into it :D :D :D

With mine, they usually nick it whilst you are sat on it, or even before you go to sit down. My lot have no manners at all!!
