I was looking though yesterdays results on the web on the IKC website and noticed in some breeds that there was a cross in the green stars and C.A.C.I.B spots, assuming this is no dogs there or not awarded but when there is dog there in both dogs and bitches and there is a X in the BOB space does this mean anything or have they just not put the results in?

Thanks

Rox

Any where we can view the class results, find them more interesting than just the principal winners.

I would think that the judge felt that they were not good enough to win a CACIB, seeing that this goes towards a championship title I don't blame them if they don't meet to the standard.

you are quite correct on judge not thinking the dogs were worthy of cacib. My judge at ST Pats withheld res CACIB on both my dog and bitch, luckily hes in a minority and dog has already his title and five CACIBs and Bitch has Three ,

The breed I was looking at both dog and bitch got the CACIB!  Also (although I don't like the owner of one of them) He is a VERY nice dog and does deserve to win! Likly the bitch was also very nice and could, if possibly the dog wasn't his best on the day, beat the dog!!!

Well I took my new pup to St Pats as her first show.  She was brilliant on the coach and coped really well.

I had her in the Petplan Junior stakes where she shortlisted in last 8, and then was the first pulled out in final four.  These four were invited to compete with the best four on the next day, but I couldn't stay as the coachg was taking us straight back home that Evening.

Unfortunately the after being in theis class for nearly an hour the breed classes followed staright after.  She was graded Excellent (yes I know pups should not be) and was second to her 11 month old half sister who was Best Puppy.

Her dad was Res Best Dog, RCACIB and RGS, and her Mum was the same in bitches.  The best of each sex stayed with the Irish and then the BOB went Group 3.
