has anyone seen the news about this yet? I was really upset to read that an elderly gentleman in ireland, was burgled while working at his local petrol station, as if this wasn't bad enough, they battered his 9 year old alsation to death and threw it over the neighbours fence, the poor dog was obviously trying to protect his territory for his owner. The owner has put up a 1000 pound reward to catch these evil scumbags, and I for one would be happy to put a donation even though I cannot afford much. I hope these little ******** are caught soon.
Haven't seen it on the news, but that is absolutely sickening :( The poor dog - and the owner must be so distraught. I hope the burglars get caught, and even better i hope they "get theirs" in the years to come...!

That's disgusting. It shows what low life scum is being raised in a supposedly civilised society these days. Can't even use a dog to protect your property. It's no wonder that some people arm themselves with weapons when trying to protect their own homes. Maybe if all burglars thought they'd be shot if they stepped into someones home they may thing twice about it.

Hi,
That is absolutely terrible!! I'd like to get my hands on them and batter them. I hate to say it but I have said similar on other posts..........and without getting to political 'There is absolutely no determent and thats why we have yobs running round the streets, people just flouting the laws and a Police force who are to scared to use reasobale force without repercussions. The whole system is flawed, and that's why people like the B******s beating the Alsation to death get away with it. I'll get off my soap box now.

I agree because of the rights these people have, which are more than their victims, thugs know that there is nothing that will be done to him. However, If we could defend our property in the manner we see fit they may feel the risk of injury to themselves is too great.

I think that maybe National Service is the way to go! It will intill some discipline, respect and keep them off our streets causing havoc. Sorry I am a moaner but the original post is still grating at me.

Thats a terrible story, I hope that Shane managed to bite them, and they get gangerine, go for treatment, get caught, but not before there arms are too far infested, they have to be amputated, that would be a eye for an eye punishment.
