Hi Guest

You will find that a catalogue has been saved for you, probably at the Secretary's desk or at a table just inside the entrance when you get to the show.

Unless you enclosed a SAE you have to take it on trust that the entries arrived.  I think that, especially since the foot and mouth epidemic when so many shows had to be cancelled and there were problems with repaying exhibitors and paying for the venue etc that many societies don't cash cheques until near or just after the show.

Only Champ. Shows sendyou your tickets etc.  I don't know, come on secretaries, do you keep all the entries together for a certain date and then put in the cheques?

The entries are sent to the printers in batches as they arrive but the cheques are kept back for a while by most societies to allow for problems and are not drawn on the exhibitors bank until at least 3 or 4 weeks before the show, and some times not till after the show.
