Just when i thought i was stopping my 6 month old lovely bitch to stop nipping and calm down a little when i told her,she now seems like she just don't want to no and dose her own thing.I think she is just coming into her first season could this be a reason why she is playing up ?Also how can i stop her eating my rose bush,she has eaten every plant in the garden so far is there any hope for my rose bush?

simple answer for your rose bush no hope i am afraid,and you are lucky if you have any garden left.
