Up until recently darcy has always just travelled on the back seat of my car and up till now my car has closely resembled a shed or skip depending on view point :D

I have just paid £60 to have my car valeted and the superstar valeters have made it look absolutely brand spanking new.

Since then Darcy hasnt even been allowed in the car but have to take her out again at some point

Does anyone know any decent car seats that dogs will actually sit on.

We got some cheap plasticy ones but spent the entire journey trying to fend Darcy off as she tried to come through the cap in the middle of the seats. She's never done this before so I can only assume she was very put out at having to sit on such horrible material!!

Ah, now where did I see those things....you can get covers that fix on to the back seat, and clip onto the headrests of the seats in front, so that it makes a kind of 'bucket' meaning the backs of the front seats are protected, the floor is protected, and they can't jump down or climb through.

I was only looking at them the other day.  I will do a search and see if I can find you a link, may be just what you need!
