I have a 5 month old bitch bull terrier and no matter what she is doing if i lay on the floor she will come running over and wants to lay on my head.She then either licks my face or bites my hair,is she just playing or a dominant thing?

She is playing, but I do not think it is a good idea to behave like a dog yourself, it seems to work better if you remain on your feet or a chair, the floor is the place for dogs and it is easier to have control if you are not at dog level.
