Best way would be to go to shows and speak to the breders whos stock you like.

Do you mean you are looking for a show-type Cocker puppy (as opposed to Working type) as a pet or do you mean you want a Cocker puppy to show yourself? Either way, you need to provide a bit more information, such as whereabouts in the country you are, what colour puppy are you looking for etc. In the meantime, you could try contacting your nearest regional Cocker Club for breeder contacts & details of shows in your area.
