I am a member of Champdogs, it has been brought to my attention that i am not on the breeders list.

If you click on the HOME link at the top of the page this will take you the main Champdogs web site where you can follow the links to add your kennel.  Admin don't do this for you as the forum and kennel list are two separate parts of the same site and need different passwords.
