I haven't entered this one, I don't fancy being outside with a long coated breed in March.

Oh i've entered i thought it was inside the school.

Gundogs are outside, weather permitting. So as long as it isn't raining I'd have to show a buff American Cocker outside. It could well be muddy in March, so I just don't fancy the prospect.

We did point this out to the Secretary when she was touting for entries at training class - she did listen, so I guess it is up to us to point out that the weather is not "permitting" for Am Cockers!  As the venue is only about 3 miles from me I have entered (but no-one is threatening to put the pugs outside anyway ;) )

I know I probably sound like a wuss on this and it won't do the breed image many favours, but such alot of work and preparation goes into this breed, I won't waste my effort. The Secretary has lost three dogs on her entry due to lack of provision.

Hi, its at Hedworthfield School, (sort of in the mmiddle of Fellgate) and it is only gundogs who will be outside "weather permitting"
