I have  seen somewhere advertising wipeable collars for puppies, the sort that are used in hospitals for the wrist. I can not remeber what they are called or where I see them. They were about £1.50 for ten, and can be used on puppies when chosen for new owners.
Can anyone help with the proper name for them and the supplier in the UK.
