I'm afraid I've put back on the pound I lost last week. I put that down to the fact that we bought up all the cookies in the Cookie shop at Birmingham airport on Thursday night whilst waiting four hours for the NEC car park to clear. So back up to 10 st for me.
Sally
I can't remember what I weighed in at last week - I think it was 12stone 2 or 3. I've weighed in this morning at 12.0 and 1/2lb - can I call that 12 stone???!!!
I wanted to be 11 something by now and so I'm a bit off but considering we had TGI Friday's Saturday night and I had a Twirl and a packet of crisps yesterday, plus copious amounts of alcohol I can't really complain!! :-)
Will try extra hard this week - see if I can lose 4lbs this week, that'll take me to 11 something!!
Its my driving test tomorrow morning and so I may have to have a glass or two of wine to either celebrate or comiserate tomorrow evening!! :D

I've stopped weighing myself these days, mainly because I can't anymore. My scales got rather damaged when they were forcibly ejected from my bedroom window after a disappointing week. Hey ho!!

I have stayed the same. Dead on 13 stone :(
BUT, I am doing loads of situps in the mornings, and trying to run more, so maybe I am building muscles as well as loosing fat!!!!!!!!
So wont come second this week :(

(One bad thing about crufts, my diet went out the window!!!!!!!!!!)

I just weighed myself this morning. After being good last week, exercising, and not eating for a day or two due to stress, I've lost 4lbs of that extra weight. It's nice to see some results.

Yahoo!!! I just weighed myself again, on the same day, in something other than jeans, and my weight was 1lb less than it was this morning in jeans.
I guess that means I've lost 5 altogether.

Good evening ladies,
'Fraid I've not been very good this week. My daughter had a birthday "family" party on Thursday last week and I made lots of food ... and then couldn't resist eating lots of it :-( Haven't put any back on but haven't lost any at all so still the same at 16st 2. Oh well, better luck this week. Come on girls, let's get going again, I need a kick up the bum if I'm ever going to wear a bikini again :-D

Hi all, Well I only managed to loose 2lb this week, what with crufts on Friday and a birthday party at the weekend, (and another today :D ) the diet truly went out of the window :D but atleast I did not gain, back on track now so should loose more next week. Hope everyone else did ok :) Sarah

Well I wasn't going to join, but just having had my 40th bnirthday decided I really needed a drastic change, as things have really got out of hand in the last 10 years, especially the last 3 what with one thing and another.
I started Weight Watchers with a friend on 1st of March. I got through two days of Crufts without cheating (preperation was the key, and the fact food is mega expensive there).
Anyway after firsr weigh in this Monday I had lost 4 and a hlf pounds.
I do begrudge the cost which has always stopped me joining before, but decided if it got me doing something about my wieght then it was money well spent.
The best thing I have found is the pocket sized database. This allows you to keep track of what you are eating, and how many points you have used and have left. Also it is a calculator so you can plan things out, or decide not to have something. Even includes average values for take away and eating out meals.
I know this is a mid-week weigh in but I had to tell someone - I weighed myself this morning and am now 11stone 13lbs!!!! I started off about 8 weeks ago at 13stone 3lbs and so am really really chuffed!!! :D
Hasn't been too hard either - I've still managed to have curry's, chinese, Fatty Arbuckles, TGI Fridays, FAR too much alcohol and my fave - fish n chips!!!
Really pleased with myself and its a little boost to me as I was feeling quite down last night as I failed my driving test yesterday :-( It was a silly thing, and all down to nerves which makes it more frustrating than anything!!
Still, not being able to drive means that I have to rely on my feet to get places and walking means exercise which means hopefully a bit more weight loss!! :D
I'm going to do a week of Atkins with OH next week - we know that we can lose up to 6lbs on that and so it will be an extra boost hopefully!! :D :D

Well done!
